5. Trek to Everest Base Camp
If I could only ever do one trek again then the trek to Everest Base Camp would be it. What makes Everest Base Camp stand head and shoulders above the rest? Everyone takes away life changing moments from an EBC trek but for me the moments that made it special were; walking in the footsteps of Hillary and Tenzing, the smiling faces of Sherpa children in every village, watching the sunrise on Everest from 5545m on Kala Pattar and the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu.  More treks in the Everest Region...
6. Cycle the Danube
The Danube Cycle Path follows the River Danube for much of its length as it flows for over 1800 miles through the heart of Europe. Cycling the Danube is a history lesson on two wheels. Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest are just three of the great cities cyclists of all ages can explore by bike. Try our hotel to hotel or bike and boat Danube cycling trips.

The light of Provence, so loved by Van Gogh, imbues this rugged landscape with a soft, peaceful quality that you will fall instantly in love with. Walk through the fields of purple lavender, whizz down cypress lined roads and savour a glass of chilled rose as you discover the delights of Provence. Life doesn't get much better! Go walking or cycling in Provence.

Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza, San Gimingnano, Chianti - names that evoke the honey coloured villages and the earthly hues of Tuscany.
