Walk, sip and savour the delights of the Sussex sparkling wine in the wonderful South Downs National Park, where world-class wines pair with quintessential British charm. Just an hour’s hop, skip and jump away from London, this slower adventure walking tour offers a mix of classic English rolling countryside, dramatic white cliffs and a thriving wine scene, that's just waiting to be explored. Along the way, walk the best sections of the popular South Downs Way, passing through its lush green valleys, serene woodlands and iconic Seven Sisters chalk cliffs. Discover the vibrant vineyard estates of Wiston and Rathfinny, sampling their award-winning sparkling reds and delicious blanc de noirs. Stay in comfortable hotels in quaint villages complete with timber-etched Tudor buildings, charming thatched cottages and imposing castles that look like they were plucked straight out of a storybook. And what's an adventure in England without finding a cosy nook to recount the day's escapades? Cap off each day, raising a pint or two in a traditional English pub. Cheers!
