Immerse yourself in history with a Hadrian's Wall walking holiday, a fascinating and rewarding walk in England, from west to east alongside one of Britain’s iconic landmarks. Hadrian’s Wall is Europe’s largest surviving Roman monument and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Opened in 2003, the Hadrian’s Wall Path follows the course of the Roman barrier closely along its entire length. It is one of Britain’s most popular long-distance walks, and one of our most popular walking holidays. Walk through the wild and beautiful landscapes of Northumberland and enjoy regular viewings of Roman Forts, milecastles, turrets, museums and visitor centres. This is one journey of discovery you will not forget!
